The confectionery factory "Hlebny Spas" was founded in 2004 and has been providing customers with high quality classical and original flour confectionery for 20 years.
The company's products are presented in the Russian and foreign markets by the main brand «Hlebny Spas» and the new trademark «Magic Grain». Nowadays the company is an important player in the Russian flour confectionery market (in the “Biscuits” segment). Our products are brought to the greater part of Russian federal and regional trading networks and they are exported to 15 countries.
Our production is located in Spas-Demensk town of Kaluga region. The production complex is located on the company's own territory with a total area of more than 7000 sq. m., completed with the latest European and Russian equipment.
A new production workshop was placed in operation in 2018. This afforded the opportunity to increase the production volume by 30%, up to 2000 tons per month. In production the main emphasis is placed on high quality raw materials from the reliable suppliers, and quality control is carried out in our own accredited laboratories. The company has implemented the food safety management system FSCC — 22000 confirmed by the relevant international certificate of 2017.
The assortment of СF “Hlebny Spas” was developed according to the customers' taste preferences and includes not only the Russian market traditional lines of oatmeal biscuits and biscuits with filling, but also new modern types of confectionery for a healthy diet in the “mobile snack” format. In 2017 using our accumulated experience and the market trends we optimized our assortment and left the product lines which are the most popular from our customers' point of view.
One of the most interesting and perspective lines in the company's assortment is the line of biscuits "Healthy Breakfast" in the format of "mobile biscuits" in individual package. These biscuits are good as a snack at work, for the journey and can be taken by child to school. They don't contain any artificial flavours, food colourings, preserving agents, palm oil.
We actively develop the "Oatmeal collection" line including both traditional types of biscuits and original flavours with different types of toppings.
Following the modern trends of healthy diet, we actively develop the category of healthy lifestyle products, which is one of the highest priorities for the company. Our assortment includes biscuits with natural sweeteners with high content of cereals and fiber. In 2018, we presented a new Trademark "Magic Grain” manufactured using stevia extract. Today our company is one of the leaders in the segment of sweetener-based biscuits in the Russian Federation. The CF "Hlebny Spas" product portfolio also includes the original line "World Collection" containing interesting types of biscuits from different countries. As a part of the seasonal offer, the assortment also includes Christmas, Fasting and Easter products.
