"Pancakes without flour"

Ingredients

  • Healthy Breakfast biscuits – 150 g
  • egg – 2 pcs
  • milk – 250 ml
  • sugar – 40 g
  • vegetable oil – 20 ml
  • salt – 1 pinch

Cooking process

Whisk eggs, salt and sugar. Grind biscuits into flour.

Pour milk and add ground biscuits into egg mixture. Stir thoroughly. Then pour vegetable oil in.

Bake on a hot frying pan on both sides like normal crepes.

Fold each crepe in half and then roll it up. Bon Appetit.
