Jelly Cake

Ingredients

  • “Excellent Breakfast” biscuits — 150 g
  • butter — 40 g
  • quick-fix jelly (according to your taste)
  • berries (for serving)

Cooking process

Biscuits are ground into very small pieces (in any convenient way). Melt butter in a saucepan and mix it with biscuits (ground). Stir thoroughly. Then put this mass into prepared silicone baking cups and carefully squeeze in.

Put the cups into the fridge for 15 minutes to freeze. Prepare jelly according to the instructions on the package. I put jelly into 200 ml of boiled (hot) water and stirred until it fully dissolved. Now pour jelly into baking cups with biscuits (up to the edges) and put them into fridge to set, for about an hour. Take the cakes from baking cups, put on a serving dish, decorate as you want and invite your family members to the table. Serve with tea or coffee - it's a matter of taste!
