Production

With the growing demand in the Russian biscuit market*, the confectionery factory "Hlebny Spas" (DIAL-K LLC) has increased its production capacity by 30%! The total volume of investments in the project amounted to about 200 million rubles. Production capacity has been increased due to:

  • Commissioning of a new production workshop with an area more than 2000 square meters, which is designed for two production lines and is located in a separate building connected to the raw material and finished product warehouses;
  • Commissioning of modern equipment by one of the leading Italian companies (it will allow to automate the production process and ensure productivity up to 1 ton per hour);
  • Equipping a new production line unique for the Russian market with an integrated dispenser system with various flavourings, such as cereals and nuts (it provides a wide range of possibilities for producing original and market-demanded types of biscuits).

Enhancement of production capabilities will allow the company to optimize costs, increase efficiency and profitability of production, set competitive prices for finished products. At the moment, a new effective production line of the most volume-forming and marginal types of products, namely butter and cereal biscuits, is already being put into operation.

According to the key tendency of the Russian biscuit market in the demand and consumption growth, Hlebny Spas plans to increase competitive advantage, extend the geography of its presence and increase its products market share by implementing this project. The company has already proved itself as a reliable and stable business partner ready to cooperate in promotion its products in the Russian market. Using the enhancement of production capabilities CF “Hlebny Spas” plans to increase qualitative and quantitative representation throughout the Russian sales outlets and implement more effective marketing programs.
