"Coconut Rolls"

Ingredients

  • Healthy Breakfast biscuits – 200 g
  • coconut flakes – 100 g
  • cocoa - 2 tbsp.
  • hot water - 100 ml
  • powdered sugar - 60 g
  • butter - 80 g
  • sugar - 20 g

Cooking process

Grind biscuits until you don’t have any pieces left. To achieve this, put biscuits in a plastic bag and grind with a rolling pin.

Add cocoa to the ground biscuits and stir thoroughly. Then dissolve sugar in hot water and pour it into the biscuits and cocoa mixture.

Knead thoroughly. You should get soft mass that doesn't stick to your hands.

To prepare the filling, whisk softened butter with powdered sugar and mix this cream with coconut flakes until homogeneous consistency.

Put the chocolate biscuits mass on a plastic wrap, flatten with your hands and roll with a rolling pin until you get a smooth and even layer. Evenly put coconut filling on the chocolate layer.

Make a roll carefully using plastic wrap. Put the wrap on the roll and leave it in the fridge for 1-2 hours to set. Cut into 1-1.5 cm pieces
